• please do not insist or encourage the driver for over speed.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the driver’s safety and well-being during the service period.
• do not leave cash / valuables in possession of the drivers on vehicles.
• management as well as driver does not hold any responsibility for loss, damage if any accident, theft and any other types of losses, the service provider not be responsible and no liability by the service provider arise for the said loss, accident or damage or theft.
• however if any accident or damage took place because of drivers mistake or any other reason service provider will support by providing the concerned drivers original driving licence.
• if the driver demand excess amount on our charges just call us immediately.
• any cancellation of a booking by the customer has to be made 30 minutes prior of the start of the booking, otherwise a cancellation charge of Rs.100/- for call driver will be applicable.
•By engaging the services of Blossom Acting Drivers, customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Acting Drivers.
